PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE AND PURCHASING PRODUCTS.

Access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and all applicable laws. Please review these terms and conditions on a periodic basis, as they are subject to modification, alteration, or update at any time and at the sole discretion of STEPHANIE MCNEIL CORPORATION. If you do not agree to any term or condition, you should not use this site.

By Purchasing products and checking the box "agreed with our terms and conditions", You agree to use the products at your own risk and release STEPHANIE MCNEIL CORPORATION of all liabilities when receiving and using the products. You agree to waive all rights of claim against STEPHANIE MCNEIL CORPORATION.

Notwithstanding the above, in no event shall STEPHANIE MCNEIL CORPORATION's total liability to you for any and all claims, damages, losses and causes of action exceed the amounts paid to STEPHANIE MCNEIL CORPORATION by you in connection with the transaction claimed by you to give rise to your claim.

CAUTION, HAZARD and INTENDED USE advisories:

It is your responsibility to protect yourself from injury, to read the Instruction Manual prior to set-up and to use the product as intended and to share this information to protect co-workers who may be receiving, assisting or operating the product. You and your co-workers agree to not hold STEPHANIE MCNEIL CORPORATION or its affiliates, liable for any injury or damages that that may result during receiving, lifting, un-boxing, set-up or use of the product.

CAUTION: Use leather work gloves and safety glasses and closed toe safety shoes when handling, when opening STUDIO TITAN boxes, when assembling and during product set-up. Some boxes may be heavy and may require two people to carry to avoid strain.

HAZARD: Strapping is under tension and can jump when cut. Strapping and Buckles, Protective Edging, Plastic Walls, Plastic Caps and Product Components and parts should be handled with care. Work slowly, use extra caution to avoid any sharp edge.

HAZARD: Counterweight is the metal weight that is located inside the center column of the studio stand. A metal wire or UHMWPE rope connects the horizontal arm to the counter weight. If the metal wire or UHMWPE rope is loose or more than a few inches is visible or has come out of the top of the stand, stop, do not lift the column or assemble the stand. Call or email us for assistance. This is not normal! Use caution do not handle the exposed metal wire! Use caution! Do not handle without wearing leather gloves. Do not put your fingers or hands in the area of the metal wire or inside the center column while unboxing or handling or during set-up or during operation. Once the counterweight strap or bolt is removed the counterweight is free to move. Do not tip the column upside down after the counterweight strap or bolt is removed, this action will cause the counterweight to move towards the top of the stand. 

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: Printed instructions are included inside the marked box. We recommend using the most up-to-date instructions which can be found on the STUDIO TITAN EUROPE website. If the assembly instructions are missing or you do not fully understand the instructions please consider the following resources prior to set-up or use. Visit the STUDIO TITAN EUROPE website and review the “SETUP” area. Email your questions or contact us by telephone for further assistance.

INTENDED USE: This product is intended for use by professional and commercial photographers in a studio environment with a high unobstructed ceiling. The wheels are designed to be used indoors on a floor that is smooth, hard, flat and unobstructed. The Studio Stands with internal counterweight are designed to be used at all times with a load (Camera or laptop shelf or both). CAUTION: This product is not recommended for use by hobbyists or in a household environment with a low ceiling or carpeted floors. Carpeting or pitted surfaces are not recommended because of the increased rolling resistance which can cause the stand to tip over. If the surface is not ideal, the stand must be moved with CAUTION, very slowly, using both hands one at the top and the other at the bottom to steady the stand in order to prevent the stand from tipping over. If the surface is not ideal, lower the load to waist level before moving the stand. We also recommend the use of a sandbag or weight attached at the base when conditions are not ideal to prevent tipping over. Ultimately it’s the users responsibility to understand how the stand operates and to use the stand within its specification limits, as intended to insure their own safety, the safety of others and the safety of their equipment. It is also recommended to use a short tether cable to secure the camera to the stand in the event that the head, head plate, attachment stud or camera adapter plate comes loose or fails. Some assembly is required, we recommend using an assistant during the initial product assembly. Please read all documentation prior to assembly.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: STEPHANIE MCNEIL CORPORATION is not responsible for any infections, contaminations, delay in operation or transmission, line failure, errors, omissions, interruptions, or defects arising out of your use of this site or with respect to the material provided and/or contained on this site.
In no event shall STEPHANIE MCNEIL CORPORATION be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages of any kind, resulting from whatever cause, including but not limited to loss of use, loss profits, or loss of data, whether in an action under theories of contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, arising out of or in any way in connection with the use of or inability to use the information or materials on, or accessed through, the STUDIO TITAN EUROPE Web Site.

JURISDICTION AND CHOICE-OF-LAW: STEPHANIE MCNEIL CORPORATION& operates this website from its offices located in Toronto, Ontario, in Canada. STEPHANIE MCNEIL CORPORATION makes no representations that the materials in this site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this website from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with any and all local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
This agreement, and any dispute, which arises from and out of this website, shall be construed with the laws of the province of Ontario. Any legal action regarding this agreement or this website shall be brought only in either the provincial or federal courts located within the city of Toronto, Ontario and by using this site you consent to personal jurisdiction within these courts.
INTEGRATION: This agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you and STEPHANIE MCNEIL CORPORATION and supersedes any prior oral or written arguments, understandings, or other communications between parties. This Agreement may not be modified except in writing signed by both you and an authorized signatory of STEPHANIE MCNEIL CORPORATION.

EU/EEA Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are an eligible consumer located in the EU or EEA, you may have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days after you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods.

To exercise this right, you must contact Studio Titan Europe within the 14-day withdrawal period and provide a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Please email us at [email address] and include your order number, name, contact details, and the item or items you wish to return.

This right applies to eligible consumer purchases only. It may not apply to business purchases, B2B quote orders, custom or special-order items, used or damaged goods, or other items excluded under applicable law.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to Studio Titan Europe at the return location specified by Studio Titan Europe.* Studio Titan Europe does not provide prepaid return labels unless required by law or agreed in writing.

Because our products may be large, heavy, fragile, and shipped internationally, return transport costs can be significant. Customers should consider the cost of returning goods to the Studio Titan Europe return location before exercising the right of withdrawal.

Returned goods must be complete and returned with all original packaging, protective materials, parts, accessories, manuals, documentation, and included items. Goods must be packaged securely for international return transport. The customer is responsible for arranging suitable return transport and for ensuring the goods are returned safely.

You may inspect the goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. If returned goods are used beyond what is necessary for inspection, damaged, incomplete, missing parts, missing or damaged packaging, improperly packed, or require inspection, repacking, refurbishment, replacement parts, or other work before resale, Studio Titan Europe may reduce the refund to reflect the diminished value of the goods, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

After you notify us of your withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process any applicable refund according to this policy and applicable consumer law. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

If you selected a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option offered, any additional delivery cost may not be refundable, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

*Studio Titan Europe’s current return location is in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Returns must be sent to the return address provided by Studio Titan Europe when the withdrawal request is approved. Do not send goods back before receiving return instructions from Studio Titan Europe.
